Outline of Research at the Start

ベリムマブ（BLM）およびアニフロルマブ（ANI）という抗体製剤は、全身性エリトマトーデス（SLE）という膠原病疾患の既存治療に抵抗性を示す難治症例に対して使用されるが、臨床試験では約50%で無効例が認められた。本研究では、両剤の血中濃度の個人差に着目した特殊な解析を実施し、BLMおよびANIの患者個別の最適な投与法を開発することを目的としている。本研究より、将来的にSLE患者に対する両剤の治療効果が向上し、無効例がさらに減少することが期待される。
