Outline of Research at the Start	癌化学療法で汎用されるチロシンキナーゼ阻害薬（TKI）には生体微量元素（バイオメタル）との関連性が強く示唆されるものがある。本研究では、申請者がこれまでに実施してきたプラチナ系抗癌薬投与後のバイオメタル変動解析の経験を活かし、TKI療法がバイオメタル変動に及ぼす影響について解析するとともに、副作用発現との関連性を明らかにすることで、TKIによる副作用の発現機序解明や予測法・予防法の確立を目指す。
