Outline of Research at the Start

受容体遮断薬は血中濃度が必ずしも即時薬理作用と一致しないため、投与設計の臨床的意義を訴求し難いが、その薬理効果は「受容体占有理論」によって解釈することが可能である。本研究では、新生児・小児において使用される受容体遮断薬のうち、カフェインとβ遮断薬に焦点を絞り、治療アウトカムを「病態リスクの変化率」として予測・可視化させる新たな個別化投与法の開発に取り組む。
