Outline of Research at the Start

申請者はSGLT2阻害薬が静脈内皮機能を改善し，前負荷の急激な変化を抑制しているのではないかと考えた。申請者らは「ヒト心血管・脂肪組織を用いた心血管イベントの発症予測とそれに基づく最適な治療法の開発のためのコホート研究」を多施設共同で行っており, 心臓血管外科での冠動脈バイパス術時に患者の大伏在静脈を全例保存している。同コホート研究で採取されたヒト静脈組織及び同組織から培養した血管内皮細胞を使用し，SGLT2阻害薬に静脈内皮機能保護効果があるか，あるならその機序は何かを検証する。
