Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では罹患者の多いがん腫において、殺細胞性の抗がん薬を含有するレジメンを中心に、治療レジメン別にがん化学療法を実施した75歳以上の患者の全生存期間、相対治療強度、副作用の発現状況を調査し、既報告等と比較検討する。また75歳以下の患者のデータと比較検討し、75歳以上の患者における副作用発現のリスク要因を明らかにする。これらより高齢患者におけるがん化学療法の適正な施行方法の確立を目指す。
