Outline of Research at the Start	臨床現場で起きている褥瘡の薬物治療における問題解決の一つとして、褥瘡部位に容易に拡がり、さらに患部に塗布した薬剤が長時間保持させるために、院内製剤として患者の体温でゲル化する機能を持った、ヨウ素含有フォーム（泡）製剤の開発を目的とする。令和6～7年度の計画では、3%ヨウ素含有フォーム製剤の処方設計を行い、その製剤特性を明らかにする。また、褥瘡モデルラットを用いたフォーム製剤の有効性を明らかにする。令和7～8年度の計画では、褥瘡患者に対するDESIGN-R 2020を用いたフォーム製剤の有効性及び安全性評価を行なう。
