Outline of Research at the Start

薬物血中濃度モニタリングの代替手法として侵襲性のある採血を必要としない唾液中薬物濃度モニタリングが古くから検討されているが、未だ臨床に適用されていない。その理由として、血液中と唾液中の薬物濃度の相関がすべての薬剤で認められるわけではないこと、唾液のpHや唾液流量を変動させる併用薬剤による影響があること、個体内変動が大きいことなどが挙げられる。そこで上記の問題点を克服するために、唾液中薬物濃度モニタリングが適用可能な候補薬物をその物性やin vitro・動物実験で得られる速度論パラメーターから選択する方法を確立し、個体内変動最小化のための唾液サンプリングタイミングを標準する。
