Outline of Research at the Start	白金系抗がん薬の副作用のうち、悪心・嘔吐、腎障害、骨髄抑制等の対策が確立し制御可能となってきた一方、末梢神経障害および遅発性アレルギーは未だに対策が確立されておらず、これらの発現により治療継続が制限されるケースが極めて多く、それぞれの予防策の確立が強く求められている。本研究課題では、基礎・臨床の双方から、消化管-神経-免疫連関に着目し、白金系抗がん薬の末梢神経障害および遅発性アレルギーのメカニズム解明と予防法の確立を行う。
