Outline of Research at the Start

近年、服薬アドヒアランス向上を目的として様々な製剤研究が行われている。フォーム製剤は、その物理化学的特性（密度が小さく柔らかい、泡中に液体を含む、等）から①小児患者や高齢患者においても容易に服用できる、②フォーム服用時に飲水を必要とせずむせや誤嚥のリスクの減少、③フォームの優れた食感による服用感の向上、④菓子用製剤の特徴である薬剤服用への抵抗感の改善、といった魅力的な特徴を持つ新たな投与剤形となり、患者のアドヒアランスを向上させる製剤となることが期待される。本研究は、魅力的な新規の経口投与製剤であるフォーム製剤の開発を目標とし、基盤的情報の収集を目的とする。
