Outline of Research at the Start	血中半減期延長のためにFcRn親和性を上昇させた抗体医薬品が開発、承認されてきている。一方でFcRnの働きは多岐にわたり、体内分布や抗原提示にも影響を及ぼす可能性が考えられたため、FcRn親和性改変の影響に関する研究を進めてきた。FcRn親和性を上昇させるアミノ酸改変は承認されているもの以外にも多く研究されているが、Fcの立体構造や機能、体内分布などに及ぼす影響に差があることが明らかになってきたため、本研究ではcell-based recycling assayやMAPPsなどの手法を用いて、主に体内分布や抗原提示に着目してFcRn親和性改変抗体間の性質の違いについて検討する。
