Outline of Research at the Start	うつ病診断や抗うつ薬治療効果判定のためのバイオマーカーとしてエクソソームが注目されている。エクソソームは表面に脂質、内部にRNAやタンパクが存在し、幅広い疾患において診断や治療効果を含めた病態との関連についての研究が行なわれているが、エクソソームの脂質やRNA、タンパクを併せた総合的な解析による検討はほとんどなされていない。本研究では、実験動物、培養細胞、臨床検体を活用して、エクソソームにおける脂質やRNA、タンパクとうつ病との関連について総合的に検討し、得られた因子によるうつ症状調節機構の解明とうつ病診断や抗うつ薬治療効果判定法の構築を目指す。
