Outline of Research at the Start

抗がん薬による副作用である末梢神経障害は、治療法が確立していない臨床的課題である。医薬品の使用と有害事象に関する大規模医療情報の解析で見出した、末梢神経障害を減少あるいは増加させる可能性のある候補薬に注目し、これらの医薬品の効果を確認するために基礎的・臨床的研究の観点で検証を行う。これにより、末梢神経障害の予防薬や、薬物併用上の注意喚起情報を新たに提供することを試みる。
