Outline of Research at the Start

透析などの血液浄化療法を行っている患者は、血液浄化療法により薬物が除去されるため、血液浄化療法による薬物除去を考慮したうえで薬物投与量を決定する必要がある。しかし、血液浄化療法による薬物除去の情報は限定的であり、経験的に投与量を決定する事例が少なくない。これらの問題を解決するため、本研究では、薬物の分子構造と患者の臨床検査値から、血液浄化療法による薬物除去の程度を予測する人工知能技術を確立する。
