Outline of Research at the Start

膵臓がんは血流が悪く、抗がん剤の集積性が低いため奏効率が極めて低い。一酸化窒素（NO）は血流を改善し、がん細胞を殺す性質を有することが知られている。本研究では、様々なNO供与体を合成し、物理化学的特性および抗腫瘍効果を網羅的に評価し、最適な構造因子を抽出することで、構造化学的考察により、膵臓がん治療に最も適したNO供与体の構造モデルを構築することを目的として各種検討を行う。
