Outline of Research at the Start	オートファジー膜形成初期段階の形態学的な理解を目指し、膜タンパク質Atg9a遺伝子を欠損した培養細胞において観察される隔離膜初期構造・前駆体を対象とした研究を行う。改良した三次元光-電子相関顕微鏡法を用いて初期の構造に局在するタンパク質を同定し、それらの膜形成における役割について解析を行う。また隔離膜と小胞体との膜接触部位形成がATG9Aの欠損や関連するタンパク質の阻害により受ける影響、関連タンパク質の精密な局在や接触部位への局在の有無についての解析を行う。全体を通してATG9Aが関わる初期隔離膜の形成過程を明らかにする。
