Outline of Research at the Start	申請者はこれまでに、細胞内部におけるインスリン分泌顆粒の動態を高い精度で定量計測できる手法を確立し、低濃度グルコース下におけるインスリン分泌顆粒動態とアクチンの役割について知見を得てきた。本研究では、生理的に最も重要なインスリン分泌刺激である高濃度グルコースがインスリン分泌顆粒動態に示す作用と、これに対するアクチンの役割について計測する。このために、光学系と解析手法の2点の改善・最適化を行いながら計測を行い、インスリン分泌顆粒動態の時空間滴制御様式にアプローチする。
