Outline of Research at the Start	物質依存と行動嗜癖の両者を含む概念である「アディクション」は、本人の心身や社会活動に影響する疾患であり、世界的な社会問題となっている。本研究では、今まであまり注目されていなかったアディクション形成対象の要素のひとつである報酬のランダム性（不確実性）の影響に着目し、報酬刺激のランダム性が報酬刺激獲得行動を継続する意欲に対して与える影響を検討し、継続意欲に関連する脳内分子ならびに脳領域を明らかにすることを目的とする。
