Outline of Research at the Start	我々の身体を構築する全ての細胞は性を有しており、その性は主に性ホルモンによって作られると考えられてきた。本研究では、男性ホルモンが男性ホルモン受容体との結合を通じ、副腎皮質における糖質コルチコイド産生量の性差を生み出し、その結果多様な細胞に性差を誘導することの証明を目指す。これらの成果によって、男性ホルモン受容体の新たな機能を示すとともに、全ての細胞が有する新たな性の構築メカニズムを提示する。
