Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、MCCにおける空間的エピゲノム、トランスクリプトーム、プロテオームの同時解析を行い、腫瘍内免疫微小環境、特にT細胞の疲弊状態を中心に明らかにする。また、他癌腫において免疫チェックポイント分子阻害治療における治療有効性との関係性が報告されている三次リンパ組織様構造(TLS)と疲弊T細胞の関係性に着目し、ICI療法の治療効果予測法の確立、治療抵抗性克服を目指す。
