Outline of Research at the Start	浸潤性小葉癌は乳がんの亜型であり、その多くがエストロゲン受容体（ER）陽性である。これまで、ER陽性の浸潤性乳管癌と同様に術後内分泌療法が適用されてきたが、近年の研究により、浸潤性小葉癌の中期および長期の予後が浸潤性乳管癌に比べて劣ることが明らかにされている。本研究は、浸潤性小葉癌特有の腫瘍制御機構や転移メカニズムの解明を目的としている。特に、脂肪細胞の役割や脂質代謝遺伝子の表現に注目し、これらが局所エストロゲン産生やアロマターゼ阻害剤への反応性にどのように影響するかを調査する。この研究成果は、浸潤性小葉癌に特化した新たな治療法や腫瘍マーカーの開発につながる可能性がある。
