Outline of Research at the Start

Diffuse large B cell lymphoma（DLBCL）は頻度の高い中・高悪性度リンパ腫で、分子病理学的背景に応じた個別化医療が望まれている。DLBCLは、新たな分子病態学的分類としてMCD、BN2、N1、EZB、TP53、ST2の6つが近年提唱されている。MCDは、MYD88とCD79Bの変異により特徴づけられる予後不良群で、特に節外部位に発症しやすい。鼻副鼻腔DLBCLではこれまでの研究よりMCDの割合が高いことが予想される。この研究では、鼻副鼻腔DLBCLに特徴的な分子病態学的所見を明らかし最新の分子病態学的分類を試みることで、個別化医療へつながる知見を見出す。
