前立腺癌は日本人男性では最多の癌腫で、癌死患者も多い。従って、前立腺癌の予後不良因子の解明は重要である。本研究では前立腺癌の予後不良因子である導管内癌の空間的トランスクリプトーム解析を行い、浸潤癌と導管内癌成分との分子生物学的相違点を明らかにする。
前立腺癌は間質反応が少ない癌腫であるが、近年間質成分の性状が予後因子になる可能性が示された。空間トランスクリプトーム解析により、間質反応を精査する。
