Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、non-NE型の細胞とNE型の細胞が混在するLCNEC症例の全ゲノムシーケンスデータから変異、構造異常、ecDNAの検出を行う。検出された癌遺伝子の増幅はFISH及び免疫染色法を用いて検証する。さらに同じ症例の空間的トランスクリプトームデータからYAP1の発現とその関係する分子の発現について解析を行う。non-NE細胞群とNE細胞群が混在する症例とそうではない症例においてecDNAの割合が違うのか、ecDNAにある癌遺伝子が下流の遺伝子発現に関わっているのか、ecDNAを含め総合的に探索することを目的とする。
