Outline of Research at the Start	本申請研究では、「RNA結合ドメインをもつ新規転写因子」として同定されたマラリア原虫のPREBPが、赤血球内寄生期の発育の進行に伴って核内での局在パターンを変えるという知見をもとに、「PREBPがnon-coding RNAと共役し、赤血球内寄生期のマラリア原虫の発育期の進行に伴ってゲノムDNA上、および核内の異なる位置のコンパートメントに配置されることによって、それぞれの発育期の遺伝子発現制御に関わる」という仮説を検証し、赤血球内寄生適応に必須な、「遺伝子発現制御におけるnon-coding RNAおよびゲノムDNAの３次元的構造の変化の役割」の解明に迫る。
