Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，インターフェロン誘導性ウイルス抑制因子 RyDEN（C19orf66/SHFL）のフラビウイルスRNA機能阻害の分子メカニズムの解明を目的とし，蚊媒介性フラビウイルスである DENV や ZIKV の RNA 機能阻害に関わる RyDEN 関連因子群の包括的解析をおこなう，そして，その阻害複合体を形成するための RyDEN の分子特性を生化学的な解析によって明らかにする。
