Outline of Research at the Start	パラミクソウイルス科ヘニパウイルス属に属するウイルスは、新興感染症として大きな脅威となっている。NP、P、Lタンパク質からなる複製複合体は、ウイルスゲノム複製の中核を担うものであるが、その複合体形成に関わる機序はいまだ不明なことが多い。本研究ではヘニパウイルスのウイルスゲノム複製を担う複製複合体について、複製複合体形成時に、NP、P、Lタンパク質が互いにどの領域で結合するかを明らかにするとともに、複合体形成に関わる宿主側因子を同定する。複製複合体複合体形成を分子標的として阻害する低分子化合物を見出し、感染性ランヤウイルスに対し抗ウイルス活性を評価する。
