Outline of Research at the Start	近年、ダニ媒介性ウイルス感染症に関する報告が世界各地で増加し注目されているが、中でもトゴトウイルス属に関する研究は大きく立ち遅れており、ウイルスの侵入・複製機構などを始めとした基本的な感染メカニズムもほとんど不明である。そこで本研究では、CRISPR技術を用いたゲノムワイドスクリーニングによって、これまで全く未知であったトゴトウイルス属ウイルスの宿主受容体を同定することを目的とする。
