Outline of Research at the Start

A549細胞のSMAD2, SMAD3, SMAD4およびこれらのダブル,トリプルKO細胞を用いて,STINGの発現に関与するSmad複合体を特定する.またSmad3のゲノム結合領域を調べ,TGF-βによるSTINGの発現誘導メカニズムを解明する.さらにヌードマウスへの尾静脈移植と肺への定着をin vivoイメージングにより解析し,抗腫瘍免疫とがん細胞の定着・進展における役割を明らかにする.
