Outline of Research at the Start	研究代表者は、様々ながんに対して抗SIRPα抗体と併用することで高い抗腫瘍効果を示す抗体を探索してきた。その結果、これまでに有望な抗体を得ている。そこで本研究では、この抗体の有効性や作用機序、副作用について解析を進め、将来的にはヒトへの臨床応用を想定してこの抗体と抗SIRPα抗体の併用が革新的ながん治療法となることを動物個体レベルで示すことを目指している。
