Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、代謝異常（MASLD）を背景に持つHCCのなかでも頻度の高い、脂肪滴を肝がん細胞内に溜め込むタイプのSteatohepatitic HCC（SH-HCC）に着目し、ヒト検体の空間トランスクリプトーム解析（VISIUM）、flexシングルセル解析を用いることで、転写・代謝プロファイルを網羅的に予想し、in vitro, in vivoの実験を加えて、病態の背景にある分子メカニズム、がん細胞の代謝異常への適応・進化の過程を明らかにすることを目的とする。また、免疫細胞や間質細胞を含めた微小環境と肝がん細胞の相互作用を明らかにすることによって、治療法開発への応用につながることを期待する。
