Outline of Research at the Start	BRCA1の異常は乳腺組織特異的にがん化を引き起こすが、その分子機序は明らかになっていない。我々はBRCA1やその結合分子の異常が乳腺上皮細胞特異的に中心体の異常を引き起こすことを報告してきた。そこで、本研究ではBRCA1および結合分子による中心体制御の組織特異性をもたらす分子機序の解明を目指す。中心体の複製を制御する因子は複数知られており、そのいくつかはBRCA1および結合分子と相互作用することが明らかになっている。そこで、BRCA1および結合分子が中心体制御因子の安定性や活性化を制御する分子機構を明らかにし、そこに組織特異性があるかを解析する。
