KeywordsAHR / Acquired drug resistance / Transcriptomics
Outline of Research at the Start

To overcome AHR elicited drug resistance, we will unbiasedly investigate how diets and the derivative compounds influence local AHR activity using muti-omics approaches (RNA-seq, metabolomics, proteomic and microbiome) at a whole organism level with organ specific resolution.
