Outline of Research at the Start

免疫チェックポイント阻害薬(ICI)のバイオマーカーとなる体細胞のSNPを探索することを目的として、１.ICI治療前後で得られた腫瘍検体のRNAseq解析を行うことによりICI治療に関連する候補因子を抽出する。2.その候補因子のSNPと、公開されているICIの治療効果予測バイオマーカーも参照し、臨床情報と遺伝情報の解析を行い、ICIに対する治療感受性に基づいて患者層別化することができるかを検証する。3.またSNPの病理的な意義の解析のために病理組織を用いて、候補因子の蛋白発現を検証する。これらによりプレシジョンメディシンの精度の向上を目指すものである。
