Outline of Research at the Start	腫瘍関連マクロファージ（TAM）は、癌の浸潤・転移・血管新生・免疫逃避などにおいて中心的な役割を担っており、これを制御することが癌治療を変革する鍵になると考える。本研究では、シングルセルとバルクマルチオミクスによる相互補完的解析を経て、in vitroの分子生物学的・免疫学的実験系を駆使し、標的となる候補分子の発現制御機構、分子サブタイプや免疫抑制的微小環境との関連、究極的には腫瘍のTAMプロファイルに応じた個別化治療・バイオマーカーへの展開を目指す。
