Outline of Research at the Start	胆管狭窄による閉塞性黄疸を初発症状とする胆管がんは、内視鏡を用いた十分量の組織採取が困難で、その治療前組織診断は胆汁細胞診に頼らざるを得ず、胆管がんの術前正診率は、著しく低く(30％~75％)、かつ分子標的薬の選択に必要なゲノム解析に適さない。これまで、我々は、胆管がん患者の胆汁に含まれる無細胞DNA（cfDNA）の抽出とがん由来の変異遺伝子（ctDNA）の検出が可能であることを示した。本研究では、胆管がんに特化した遺伝子パネルをデザインし、その臨床応用を目指した胆汁リキッドバイオプシーの診断能の検討を行う。
