Outline of Research at the Start	がん免疫療法後に見られるサイトカイン放出症候群の病態を解明するために、CAR T細胞療法、bispecific抗体療法、移植後エンドキサンを用いたHLA半合致移植症例のサイトカイン血中濃度、末梢血中免疫細胞数、サイトカイン遺伝子多型を横断的に解析する。これらの解析結果を前述の3種の治療間で比較することにより、その異同を明らかにし、サイトカイン放出症候群の本質を明らかにする。さらに、臨床データと統合することにより「サイトカイン放出症候群重症度予測モデル」を構築することにより、がん免疫療法全体の安全性向上を目指す。
