Outline of Research at the Start

オプジーボの登場以降、躍進著しい免疫治療だが膵癌はその恩恵を受けていない。しかし、併用療法によってその改善の可能性があり、免疫機構の更なる解明が必要とされる。免疫治療において、Database searchを使用したDirect identificationによりHLAに提示された抗原ペプチドの直接同定に膵癌でも成功した。本研究ではマウス膵癌組織、ヒトオルガノイド、ヒト手術検体を使用することで、膵癌MHC（HLA）リガンドームの解明を目指す。
