①PGS（Prognostic gene signature for PDAC）の標準治療に対する効果予測マーカーとしての意義を検討・検証すること。
②網羅的な遺伝子解析から同定されたCFL1及びARHGEF2について、抗CFL1及び抗ARHGEF2の抗腫瘍効果を検証し、免疫チェックポイント阻害剤との併用効果及びPGSの効果予測マーカーとしての有用性を検討すること。
