Outline of Research at the Start	国内外でCAR-T細胞を用いたがん治療が始まっており大きな成果を挙げているものの、様々な副作用・問題点も報告されている。本研究では、CAR-T細胞を「適度に」活性化し持続的な抗腫瘍効果を示すCAR-T細胞を樹立することを目指している。CARシグナルの調節因子としてTCRや共受容体に着目して研究を進める。分子イメージングを用いてCARシグナルを定量化し、調節因子の発現量や種類を検討しながら、生体内におけるCAR-T細胞の抗腫瘍効果の長期化を示す条件を明らかにしていく。
