Outline of Research at the Start

本研究においては、既に5-ALA併用放射線照射時における正常細胞とがん細胞の生物学的変化の差異を予備実験にて確認できているため、今後は放射線治療のbreakthroughとなる5-ALA併用放射線治療の臨床適応に向けて、これまで未評価である組織の線維化/微小血管床減少など晩期副作用の各指標の評価、評価対象数を増やしたデータの信頼性向上、5-ALA併用時のミトコンドリア機能評価や発現遺伝子の変化など、病理学的評価や各種アッセイを用いてさらなる基礎データの取得を行う。
