Outline of Research at the Start

慢性骨髄性白血病慢性期(CML-CP)ではチロシンキナーゼ阻害剤(TKI)により大きく予後の延長が得られているが,一部の症例ではTKIに対する治療抵抗性が問題となっている. 治療抵抗性獲得の理由にBCR::ABL1遺伝子以外の体細胞変異の存在が注目されている. 本研究ではSTAMP阻害薬導入を予定するCML-CP患者を対象に骨髄検体もしくは末梢血検体を用いて,骨髄系パネルによるターゲットシークエンスを行う. STAMP阻害薬導入を考慮する状況での体細胞変異のランドスケープを明らかにすることで,今まで詳細が不明であった既存のTKI治療に不応・不耐容の日本人CML患者の病態の理解に貢献できると考えられる.
