Outline of Research at the Start

CAR-T細胞治療は画期的な治療法であるが単一抗原を標的としているという弱点があり、実際、急性リンパ性白血病においては再発時に標的抗原（CD19）の欠損が多くの症例において認められる。一方、多発性骨髄腫に対するBCMA標的CAR-T治療後の再発時は、標的抗原（BCMA抗原）の欠損はまれである。本研究では、多発性骨髄腫に対するCAR-T細胞治療後に長期奏効を得ている症例においては、標的以外の抗原に対する免疫応答も起こっているのではないかという仮説を検証する。
