Outline of Research at the Start	嫌色素性腎細胞癌のさらなる治療成績を改善するため、悪性度が高く予後不良な嫌色素性腎細胞癌の分子生物学的特徴を明らかにする必要がある。本研究ではこれまで得られた知見から、i）テロメア維持機構の一つであるALT (Alternative lengthening of telomeres)、ii）複数の部分的な染色体異常、iii）TP53変異が嫌色素性腎細胞癌の悪性度と予後を予測し得る分子マーカーとなるかを解析する。
