Outline of Research at the Start

読字や対人相互関係の困難、注意欠陥・多動などは多く研究されているが、生まれつき記憶が苦手な子がいる可能性は検証されていない。脳由来神経栄養因子の遺伝子変異の研究から、遺伝的に記憶機能が低い人が一定数いることが示されており、日本人の６割がその遺伝子変異を持つ。本研究では、日本人の子どもと青年を対象に、既に取得しているデータと今回取得するデータを用いて、その遺伝子多型が記憶成績に影響を与えるのかを縦断的に検証し、記憶成績に対応する脳内基盤を明らかにする。
