Outline of Research at the Start	リン脂質は生体膜を構成するだけでなくタンパク質と相互作用して様々な細胞内シグナル経路を制御している。近年では特定のリン脂質の増減が神経の変性に関与することが報告されているが、その詳細な分子機構は明らかとなっていない。本研究では、リン脂質の一種であるPI(4,5)P2の増減による神経変性の原因を解明するために、近接依存性標識法を用いてPI(4,5)P2と結合するタンパク質を網羅的に同定し、軸索変性の分子機序を明らかにする。
