Outline of Research at the Start	マウスの中枢神経にαシヌクレイン凝集体など認知機能に影響をあたえる病原性タンパク質の凝集を注入し、病原タンパク質の病理進展に関連したレム睡眠の変化をマウスの脳波・筋電活動・運動量から捉える。そのマウスのレム睡眠の変化と回復と連動して変化する遺伝子群や体液濃度変化を、中枢神経のレム睡眠ターゲット遺伝子群・体液バイオマーカとして同定し、それらを指標として用いることを介して、レム睡眠に関連する新規の認知レジリエンス・認知症発症予防法への開発につなげる。
