αシヌクレイノパチー（パーキンソン病、レビー小体型認知症、多系統萎縮症）の発症リスク群である高齢者のレム睡眠行動障害（RBD）患者を対象に、認知機能についてoffice-basedの認知機能検査および小型テレメトリー式脳波計から得られた睡眠のマクロ構造と各種睡眠パラメータの縦断的な評価により、レビー小体関連認知症の発症のリスク要因の抽出を試みる。
