Outline of Research at the Start	加齢に伴い、アルツハイマー病、血管疾患、糖尿病などフレイルの原因となる老年病症候群を有する要介護者の高齢者が急増する. 近年、歯周病菌の中でもP.Gingivalisの感染と上記疾患群との関連性を強く示唆する疫学研究および動物実験の研究が数多く報告されていることから、本研究で病理学的なエビデンスを得る. 加えて全身への感染伝播の活動期の早期診断を可能にするため、新規バイオマーカー測定法を開発する.
