Outline of Research at the Start

鹿児島大学病院心臓血管内科で治療を行う冠動脈・末梢動脈疾及び大動脈弁狭窄症患者、また鹿児島県下における急性冠症候群患者を登録した前向きレジストリーにおいて、冠動脈CTの石灰化スコア、血管内超音波（IVUS）・光干渉断層法（OCT）による石灰化スコア、末梢動脈疾患者に関しても透視などの画像を利用した石灰化をスコア化して石灰化の評価を行う。その上で、血液・尿検査データサンプルを用いて、1)Klotho/FGF23関連、2)栄養状態、3)石灰化との関連に関する検討を行い、さらに予後評価を行う。
