Outline of Research at the Start	日本におけるがんゲノム医療は2019年にがんゲノムプロファイリング検査が保険適用となり、保険診療下で本検査を受けた延べ患者数は約48,000例（2023年１月時点）となっている。がんパネル解析が臨床検査に使用される頻度は高まっている一方で、本検査の実施前に体調を崩して検査ができない患者がいることも現状の一つである。そこで、標準治療等を待たずしてがんパネル解析を実施することが可能か検証することを目的とし、生検検査に着目し、極小検体によるがんパネル解析の有用性について検討する。
